Dr. Raj Yalamanchili is an orthopaedic sports medicine surgeon with Texas Joint Institute specializing in arthroscopic treatment of shoulder, hip, and knee injuries. Originally from Plano, he went on to earn his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, followed by fellowship training in sports medicine at the renowned Kerlan-Jobe Institute.

During fellowship, he served as assistant team physician for the Los Angeles Rams (NFL), Los Angeles Dodgers (MLB), Los Angeles Sparks (WNBA), and LA Galaxy (MLS). He now serves as head team physician for the Dallas Reds Rugby Football Club, and he helps care for athletes at the Adaptive Training Foundation (ATF) in Carrollton. He sees patients in Allen, Frisco, and Sherman.
